BECOMING A MEMBER

Please answer the following questions regarding your personal testimony.

Since church membership is for individuals who have put their faith in Christ, the next section asks a series of questions that will help us know where you are at in your understanding of the gospel. Please do not feel like you need to have perfect answers to the questions below. There are mature believers that have difficulty articulating things in writing, and less mature believers that are very good at having the right answers. Therefore, this is not meant to be a test as much as it is a tool that gives us a starting point. Do the best you can, and we can talk it through during the interview. The length can be as long or as short as is necessary, but it is typically a paragraph for each. Feel free to use a separate sheet or include your answers with the questions in an email.
